Returns and Exchanges
We hand pick all the brands and products we choose to stock, and a lot of time and effort goes into this process. However if you do find you have brought the wrong size or have found a product fault we offer EXCHANGE ONLY, no refunds, within 30 days of purchase. You must have proof of purchase. Please email email@example.com so we can discuss your potential exchange
We offer exchange for an identical product on faults or incorrect size, if an identical product is not available we offer exchange for store credit. Store credit must be spent within 30 days of exchange.
Please note exchange is not available for change of mind. Discounted or sale items are considered final sale. Their are no refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items.
Please do not post your items back without contacting us first. Any exchanges or refunds that involve extra postage are at your cost.
